Pats Cast Episode 4: Patriots Defeat the Raiders, Prepare for the Chiefs

The Patriots looked to rebound from a hard-fought loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football last week. They took on the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, and earned a fairly convincing 36-20 victory.

The running backs did a lot of damage on their own, but the offensive line led the way for them and the entire offense.

The defensive line was once again anchored by Devin McCourty and Stephon Gilmore, but the unit as a whole rebounded from last week's tough matchup. The equality of reps between the edge rushers was particularly notable.

The Patriots' matchups against the Chiefs are always entertaining. The pregame thought exercises can be just as fun.

How will Stephon Gilmore, J.C. Jackson, Jason McCourty and Jonathan Jones match up with Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, Sammy Watkins and Mecole Hardman?

Could Kyle Dugger be the answer to contain Clyde Edwards-Helaire? And how will the Chiefs slow down Cam Newton?

That'll all be answered later in the week. For now, all we can do is assess the good, the bad and the biggest takeaways from the Raiders game.
